Cleanness is wonderful Self check-in and check out is good Never met a Staff in person but they help with chatting app that's ok

It’s always good to start with positives - 1) The owners are really friendly, I really enjoyed talking to them. 2) There are snacks and free goodies available for free. 3) Responses are quick when messaging. 4) Most amenities will be available, most things you need are readily there for you.
